The from date drop down box is for choosing the date you would like to begin the sales report at.

 To Date Drop Down
The to date drop down box is for choosing the date you would like to end the sales report at.

 Select Store drop down
Click on the Select Store drop down box and a list of stores will drop down select the one you want a sales report from.

 Refresh button
Clicking on the refresh button will generate the Sales Report with the options you selected.

 Close Button
Clicking on the close button will close the sales report screen.
